LECTURES AND POSTERS
Lectures:
Length of presentation 10 minutes.
Data projection, presentations accepted on CDs, DVDs, flash drives (format: PowerPoint 2003, PowerPoint 2007, Windows XP/7).
Slides, rear projection and VHS formats are NOT accepted.
Posters: width 90 cm, height 120 cm.
Abstracts:
Guidelines for abstract submission:
MS Word, single-spaced, font size 11 font Times New Roman, up to 2500 characters including spaces. Title should be typed in all capitals and bold face.

The organizers reserve the right to place a submission either as an oral communication or poster.
Information on the acceptance of a lecture or a poster will be sent to the presenting author

After this date, the organizer does not arrange accommodation, cannot guarantee active participation with inclusion in the workshop program, conference materials, participation in the accompanying program.
Confirmation of registration, i.e., information on the acceptance for participation and provision of accommodation will be sent by 20. 3. 2013.

Members of the Division for Human Brain Mapping, Czech Society for Clinical Neurophysiology with active participation (presenting) do not pay the registration fee.
Registration fee will be paid via bank transfer and includes organizing costs, refreshments, lunch on April 5, 2013, welcome reception and one printed copy of the conference proceedings.

ACCOMMODATION
4 - 5 April 2013
Reservations are made in the Hotel Flora, Krapkova 34, Olomouc (www.hotelflora.cz, Tel. +420 585 422 200) and in the Hotel Arigone, Univerzitní str. 20, Olomouc, (www.arigone.cz, Tel.: +420 585 232 350).
Please state your request to have us reserve your accommodation in the registration form.
Hotel reservations are made by the organizers after timely registration and payment of the registration fee. Hotel rooms are filled consecutively by registration dates. If you request a double room, please fill in the name of the roommate.
Accommodation will be paid directly in the hotel. We cannot guarantee reduced prices for orders made after the deadlines in the hotels.
MEALS
On Friday 4. 4. 2013, lunch is provided at the conference venue.
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation, please submit a written request to the Conference Service UP. Participants, who pay fees and cancel the participation by 20. 3. 2013, will get the fees refunded in full. After this date, fees will not be refunded but we will send you conference materials.
